Located at 12th and Alder, the Culver Building resides in the heart of the thriving West End District. In 2012 the building was fully renovated, including a full seismic retrofit. In addition, a stunning new penthouse was added. The 26,000 square foot building is home to Lease Crutcher Lewis Construction, Cox’s Cleaners and Toki PDX.
